- VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Materials Science and Technology, 17. listopadu 2172/15, 708 00 Ostrava-Poruba, Czech Republic
The article addresses the issue of the effectiveness of corporate control systems in the environment of the automotive industry. It presents a proposal for an innovative model of process management and control based on an analysis of the current state, contextual interviews, and process mapping. The aim is to demonstrate that control does not necessarily have to be perceived as a repressive tool, but rather as a motivating element supporting organisational improvement and development. The paper presents the results of the implementation of new process and audit procedures in a company providing quality-related services for OEMs, as well as their contribution to internal efficiency, transparency, and overall quality.
